Empowering Faith, Transforming Lives

Our Story

About CPC Fellowship International

Come Preach Christ Fellowship International, led by Rev. Yaw Owusu Achaw, is a vibrant Bible-believing church located in Amanfrom, Kumasi, Ghana. We are devoted to teaching the uncompromising Word of God and empowering believers to fully embrace the promises of Scripture with strong faith.

Our ministry reaches out to individuals from all walks of life, including those in Ghana’s northern regions and the 10/40 window. We serve the sick, the oppressed, and those in need through prayer, support, and community engagement.

Rev Yaw Owusu-Achaw

(Brother Yaw)

Rev Yaw Owusu-Achaw, President and founder of CPC Fellowship International has preached the gospel for the last 50 years. He has travelled from our HQ in the small town of Amanfrom a suburb in Kumasi to the world seven times with the gospel. Being the first African Minister to speak for Dr Choi in Seoul, South Korea (the world’s biggest church). He spoke to Brother Yaw prophetically about what he was seeing in Africa and the end-time revival which has all come to pass. He said Africa will be the spiritual lighthouse of the world. As such Brother has run with this prophetic word to bring the word of God from Africa to the world at large.

Our Ministry

Our Commitment to Faith and Evangelism

Intense Prayer Ministry

At CPC Fellowship, prayer is the core of our community. Every Friday, devoted believers gather for passionate prayer, intercession, and fasting. This ministry has experienced miraculous interventions that provide hope and healing to many individuals in Ghana and beyond.

Faith Teaching Centre

As our slogan clearly states: “If you have the faith, God has the power.” We maintain a strict zero tolerance for unbelieving believers. A true believer in the gospel of Jesus Christ must wholeheartedly believe all the promises found in the Bible. As such, we are committed to teaching the unadulterated word of God and emphasising the profound faith it instils in every service we hold.

Evangelism Ministry

We are committed to reaching the community through crusades and personal evangelism, particularly in unreached areas within the 10/40 window. Since 1988, we have established churches in northern Ghana and were among the first Christians to bring the gospel to towns like Sanerigu, where we built what is now Assemblies of God Sanerigu. We also reached villages in the Mamprugu tribe—such as Wungu, Yama, Bilbia, Sagadu, Diana, and Buguya—performing remarkable signs and wonders in Jesus’ name.

Educational Ministry

We are dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their dreams through educational pursuits hence our educational ministry was born.

SEIBAKO

Seibel and Baker College

Mrs Beatrice Owusu-Achaw a professional teacher and wife of Rev Yaw Owusu-Achaw. With a background as an educational instructor, she had a vision of establishing a CPC school in 1994, which led to the establishment of our high school. She both pioneered and continues to lead the Come Preach Christ educational vision. Over the last 30 years, our school has produced thousands and thousands of scholars for both Ghana and beyond. Some of our graduates are in the Ghana Armed Forces and the Police as well as other civil and circular jobs. Some are into banking, businesses and educational Ministries as teachers and workers. We intend to establish a university one of these days under the current leadership. We believe in the education of both the mind and spirit. hence the need to develop our educational centre for the whole world. A lot of scholarships have been given to a lot of students especially Northern Ghana and Muslims to study in our school. Our school’s name is Seibel and Baker College is named after Bill Baker and Mr Ralph Seibel who donated money to build the school 20 years ago. Thus Mrs Beatrice Owusu-Achaw started with her vision in a smaller building from 1994 to 2002 running from kindergarten to junior high school and Ralph Seibel and Bill Baker built the senior high schools for us. Popularly called Seibako, our school is also a WAEC centre where students write their Exams for college every year. We thank the Lord and the school administrators for this great opportunity.
